
How to Remove Negative Feedback on Amazon ( Step by Step Download )
Have you been recently hit with a negative feedback on your Amazon seller account?
If so, I highly recommend you follow the steps laid out below in order to remedy the situation. One of the worst things you can do, and one of the most dangerous, is to leave negative feedbacks sitting on your account. Not only does this look horrible to your customers, but it puts your seller account in jeopardy as good standing with Amazon.
If you have received a negative feedback on your account please follow the instructions below.
Step # 1: Go to Get Support at the bottom of your Amazon Seller Account page
Step # 2: Click Contact Us
Step # 3: Click Customers and Orders
Step # 4: Fetch the Order ID # of the problem feedback and enter it into the blank space
Step # 5: Choose Feedback removal tab
Step # 6: Select an appropriate reason for removal of the feedback
Step # 7: Wait for a response… hopefully in the next day or so you will get an email stating that the feedback has been removed. If not… I would try to call Amazon and explain your case to them. We’ve have good luck getting negatives removed this way as well.
