How I Built a Six Figure Amazon Business Working Around One Hour Per Week

I know this might sound crazy at first glance.

But I want to share the truth about how my business runs today and how I’ve been able to average over ten thousand dollars profit per month while sometimes working as little as one hour per week.

Some weeks I do not work at all.

Some months I barely touch the business.

Keep in mind this took me over 5+ years to build this system. So don't get it twisted.

What My Business Actually Looks Like

Over the last two years my Amazon business has consistently produced six figures in profit.

Last year alone I profited 175 thousand and paid myself 130 thousand.

All while barely needing to be involved.

This is only possible because of the model I use.

I do eBay to Amazon flipping.

I am not driving to thrift stores. I am not spending hours hunting for deals.

Buying on eBay means the deals come to me. That makes the business scalable and easy to delegate.

Why This Works With So Few Hours

1. A sourcing system and a trained team

I have five virtual assistants who handle almost everything.

They find deals on eBay, analyze the numbers, buy the items, update tracking sheets, manage stranded inventory, handle pricing errors, and adjust rules in Bqool repricer.

Everything I used to do myself is now handled by the team.

2. Replens make the business predictable

Around eighty to ninety percent of what I sell today are items I’ve already sold before. That means I already know:

  • The price it sells for
  • How long it takes to sell
  • The risk of an IP complaint
  • Whether it moves consistently
  • Whether it has strong margins

I’m rarely guessing. I’m repeating what already works.

3. A prep center handles all the physical work

Every single item gets shipped to my prep center, Little Owl Prep.

They receive everything, inspect it, clean it, list it, prep it, box it, and send it to FBA.

I never touch a product.

I never pack a shipment.

I never print a label.

A prep center is one of the biggest reasons I'm able to work so little.

4. The margins on eBay to Amazon are strong

I can negotiate prices using best offers.

I can shop anytime.

I can find the same items I used to buy in thrift stores, plus higher-ticket products.

eBay is basically a 24/7 thrift store with way more selection.

What Most People Get Wrong

A lot of people assume this type of business is a scam because they don’t understand it. They hear “one hour per week” and think it’s impossible.

What they don’t see is the team, the capital, the software, the processes, the systems, the prep center, and the years of learning.

This business is not for everyone.

You need money to buy inventory.

You need organization.

You need to be willing to build systems and hire people.

How I Use Replen Catcher To Source Deals

Replen Catcher is the engine behind my entire sourcing operation.

Instead of manually searching eBay for hours, this software scans millions of listings and surfaces the best opportunities.

It pulls the exact items that match my criteria and filters out the junk so my team can focus only on profitable products.

Here is how I use it.

• My virtual assistants run Replen Catcher every day.
• The software flags items that meet our ROI targets, sales rank criteria, and past sales history.
• It brings all potential deals into one dashboard so my team can review them fast.
• From there, they double check Keepa, sales data, and condition notes, then purchase the winners.
• Almost all our proven replens come directly from the items Replen Catcher identifies.

The reason this tool is so powerful is that it lets me scale.

Without it, my team would have to manually search through thousands of random eBay listings to find a single good deal.

With it, the good stuff rises to the top instantly.

It also helps us focus on the items we already know perform well.

When Replen Catcher flags a product we’ve sold before with strong margins and consistent demand, my team can confidently buy multiple units.

I built my entire business around systems like this.

Replen Catcher is what allows me to work so little while consistently sourcing profitable inventory at scale.

In the beginning I worked 20 to 40 hours a week building all of this from scratch.

But once the systems are in place, the business can run with very little of your day-to-day involvement.

What My Business Looks Like Today

In the last 12 months I sold over 6,600 items and did more than 700 thousand in revenue.

Average selling price is over 100 dollars.

ROI is typically 50 to 60 percent.

This year I shifted to higher ticket items and higher margins.

I am on track to make more money with less work.

The last two months I spent close to 60 thousand per month on inventory.

Most of that is proven replens that I’m confident in.

What I Want You To Take Away

You can build a business that doesn’t rely on you doing everything. It takes time. It takes learning.

It takes systems, people, and structure. But once you build the foundation, you can remove yourself from most of the day-to-day tasks.

I’m living proof of that.

If you’re willing to build the systems, track the numbers, train the right people, and stay patient, you can create a business that scales while giving you your time back.

Let me know your thoughts.
