What is eBay to Amazon Flipping?

Ebay to Amazon flipping is very simple.

I purchase undervalued items on eBay, sellers ship the products to my house, then I box everything up and ship it off to Amazon FBA for a profit.

I use various software and sourcing strategies to find these discounted products on eBay.

Now, before you get too impressed, let's talk about the real numbers.

After accounting for expenses and costs, my profit came to around $100,000.

This includes removing my cost of goods sold from eBay, paying my virtual assistant sourcing team, Amazon fees, and shipping.

Nevertheless, it's still a significant achievement and a testament to the power of selling on Amazon FBA.

A Shift in Business Strategy

Over the last couple of years, I've shifted my focus from traditional retail arbitrage to eBay to Amazon flipping.

It's a process where I primarily buy items on eBay, get them shipped to my home, prep and package them in my renovated garage, and then send them off to Amazon FBA.

This method allows me to work from home, putting in approximately 10 hours a week, with the occasional uptick when handling my own listing.

Sure, the margins may not be as impressive as those found in thrift stores or garage sales, but the flexibility and convenience it offers are invaluable.

I no longer have to worry about sourcing, as I've trained a team in the Philippines to handle the purchasing process.

This shift has allowed me to focus on scaling my business and increasing profitability.
